She has supported and facilitated Islamic finance initiatives and transactions across Central Asia, Türkiye, and Europe, working closely with financial institutions, family offices, investment funds, and corporates. Leilya brings a strong understanding of Islamic finance contracts and structuring logic, combined with practical insight into regulatory environments, market dynamics, and investor expectations.

She holds internationally accredited Global Islamic Finance and Banking certifications (CIFE and CIB) and is recognized for her ability to bridge Islamic finance principles with real-world banking, investment, and capital market requirements.
