About Founder

Leilya Shamel is the Founder and Managing Director of Argyns Global.

She brings over two decades of experience across Islamic finance, capital structuring, cross-border advisory mandates and market intelligence spanning Central Asia, Türkiye, Europe, and other emerging markets.

Her experience includes working with financial institutions, family offices, investment funds, and corporates on funding strategies, market expansion, product structuring, and investor engagement.

Leilya is known for combining commercial judgment, regional connectivity, structuring expertise, and execution focus.

She holds internationally recognized Islamic finance qualifications, including CIFE and CIB.
